The ST-3046-C001 is a heavy-duty 7.4V 40kg 360-degree magnetic encoder single-shaft steering gear built with a durable aluminium alloy case, high-precision steel gears, ball bearings, and a Coreless motor. Measuring 40mm x 20mm x 43.05mm and weighing 89g, this serial bus servo features a 25T/OD5.9mm horn gear spline and Plastic/POM horn types with no mechanical limit. Operating within a 6-7.4V voltage range, it delivers a peak stall torque of 40kg.cm, a rated torque of 13.3kg.cm, a no-load speed of 0.22sec/60°, and a stall current of 3.1A at 7.4V. Controlled via digital packets, it utilizes half-duplex asynchronous serial communication (38400bps–1Mbps, ID range 0-253), providing a continuous 360° running degree (0–4096 steps). For integrated smart automation, it offers comprehensive real-time sensory feedback telemetry, tracking operating parameters including load, position, speed, input voltage, and current.
