The SM-45BL-C002 is a premium 24V 45kg.cm Modbus-RTU serial control bus servo driven by a high-efficiency brushless motor and a 353:1 steel gear ratio. Designed with a rugged aluminum outer case, dual ball bearings, and a 25T (OD5.96mm) horn gear spline, this intelligent servo provides a peak stall torque of 45kg.cm, a rated torque of 15kg.cm, and a no-load speed of 70RPM (0.142sec/60°) at a 24V operating voltage. It has a terminal resistance of 7Ω, a KM constant of 19kg.cm/A, an idle running current of 160mA, and a stall current of 2300mA. Communicating via the standard Modbus-RTU protocol over an RS485 bus packet system, it supports an ID range from 0 to 253 and data rates from 38400bps to 1Mbps. The servo integrates an advanced 12-bit magnetic encoder for precise 360-degree clockwise positioning (360°/4096 resolution) and delivers real-time telemetry feedback covering position, speed, voltage, load, and temperature across an operating range of -20°C to 80°C.
