The SCS215 is a high-performance 7.4V 19kg-class serial control BUS servo engineered with a reliable core motor and a rugged PA+GF (fiberglass reinforced nylon) case. Designed for sophisticated multi-joint robotics and advanced automation, it features durable copper gears, ball bearings, a standard 25T horn gear spline, and no mechanical limit angles. Operating within a 4–7.4V voltage range, this digital BUS servo delivers a peak stall torque of 19kg.cm and a rated torque of 6.3kg.cm at 7.4V, achieved at a smooth no-load speed of 0.192sec/60°. Driven by an advanced PID control algorithm using digital packet command signals, it communicates via half-duplex asynchronous serial communication protocol with adjustable communication speeds from 38400bps up to 1 Mbps and an assignable ID range of 0-253. It supports a wide 300° running degree (0~1024 steps) with a neutral position at 180° (511) and an exceptional electronic resolution of 0.322°/pulse. Weighing 55±1g with a 15CM connector wire, it offers comprehensive real-time telemetry feedback including load, position, speed, input voltage, and operating temperature, making it a powerful, smart choice for telemetry-driven robotic linkages.
