Product description

The HL-3612-C001 is an advanced 6V 12kg constant force single shaft TTL serial bus servo designed for high-precision motion control. Driven by a coreless motor and a PID control algorithm, it features an aluminum case, durable metal gears (1/405 gear ratio), ball bearings, and a 25T/OD5.95mm horn gear spline. Operating at 5V–8.4V, it delivers a peak stall torque of 15kg.cm and an ultra-fast no-load speed of 0.147sec/60° (68RPM) at 7.4V. This smart servo supports half-duplex asynchronous serial communication (38400bps–1Mbps) and unique multi-mode options: angle servo mode (0–360° controllability with 0.088° resolution), constant speed mode, and constant current mode. It supports precise multi-loop control (up to ±7 turns), targeted torque holding, and comprehensive multi-parameter feedback (load, position, speed, voltage, current, temperature).

Mode 1: Motor constant speed mode (motor constant speed mode, maintains speed without deceleration as the load increases)

Multi-Loop Mode control of positive and negative 7 turns at the highest accuracy, but the umber of power failure turns is not saved (the resolution can be expanded, and the number of turns can be doubled)
