The HL-3925-C001 is an advanced 12V 25kg Double Shaft Constant Force Serial Bus Servo featuring an aluminium case, copper gears (Gear Ratio 1/275), and durable ball bearings. Powered by a core motor, this no-limit servo operates within a 9V-12.6V rated input voltage range, delivering a peak stall torque of 25kg.cm@12V, a rated load of 4.8kg. cm@12V, and a no-load speed of 0.182sec/60°(55RPM)@12V, supported by a 2.7A stall current and 650mA@12V rated current. Characterized by a terminal resistance of 2.39 Ω and a KT constant of 9kg. cm/A, it offers multiple operating modes, including Mode 0 (Angle servo mode with absolute position controllable from 0-360 degrees), Mode 1 (Motor constant speed mode maintaining speed under increasing load), and Mode 2 (Motor constant current mode). For advanced control, it features constant force output (set output torque value for maintenance) and a Multi-Loop Mode (control of positive and negative 7 turns at highest accuracy, though the umber of power failure turns is not saved). Communicating via half duplex asynchronous serial communication with a PID control algorithm, it supports an ID range of 0-253, communication speeds of 38400bps ~ 1 Mbps, and a clockwise rotating direction(0→4096) with a 360° running degree. Its 12-bit resolution provides precise 0.088°(360°/4096) control and comprehensive feedback on load, position, speed, input voltage, current, and temperature.
