The HL-3640-C001 is an industrial-grade single shaft constant force serial bus servo designed for precise closed-loop motion control and advanced robotic actuation. Operating via a half-duplex asynchronous serial communication protocol, this sub-system features an integrated PID control algorithm alongside comprehensive real-time telemetry tracking load, position, speed, input voltage, current, and temperature. Its intelligent firmware natively supports multi-mode operations, including angle servo mode for absolute positioning, motor constant speed mode under varying loads, and motor constant current mode for programmable torque regulation. Constructed with an aluminium case, steel gears, and integrated ball bearings, this highly integrated execution unit ensures excellent mechanical stiffness, a zero-degree rocker phantom, and continuous constant force output.
