The HL-3606-C002 is an industrial-grade double shaft constant force TTL serial bus servo engineered for compact robotic joints and specialized automation subsystems. Utilizing a half-duplex asynchronous serial communication protocol, this execution unit features an integrated PID algorithm and multi-parameter telemetry tracking real-time load, position, speed, input voltage, current, and internal temperature. Its intelligent firmware supports versatile motion modes, switching between angle servo control, motor constant speed regulation, and motor constant current mode for programmable torque limitation. Constructed with an aluminium enclosure, copper-steel gearing, and ball bearings, it maintains a zero-degree rocker phantom to ensure reliable, high-density mechanical integration.
