The FT-995-C001 is an ultra-high-torque 95KG-class industrial digital servo engineered with a high-performance core motor and a resilient aluminum case for optimized heat dissipation. Featuring ultra-tough steel gears with a 1/399 gear ratio and dual ball bearings, it operates over a versatile 6–9V voltage range. This servo achieves an extraordinary peak stall torque of 95kg.cm at 7.4V and up to 105kg.cm at 8.4V, paired with a rated torque of 22.5kg.cm and a no-load speed of 0.268sec/60° (40RPM). Driven by a digital comparator system using pulse width modulation (500–2500 µsec), it ensures a precise 180°±5° running degree with counterclockwise rotation and a dead band width of ≤4 µsec. Weighing 187.5±1g and including a 15T/7.6mm horn gear spline without mechanical limits, it provides massive strength and precision for heavy-duty robotics and automation.
