The FT83 Series high-performance digital servos — comprising the FT830BL, FT8346M, and FT846BL — are engineered with premium full-aluminum metal cases for optimal thermal management, ultra-durable steel gears with a 1/378 gear ratio, dual ball bearings, and a standard 25T/5.9mm horn gear spline. Optimized for advanced robotics, heavy-duty industrial automation, and professional RC platforms, this series offers elite motor configurations: the FT830BL and FT846BL feature highly efficient brushless motors (operating at 6V–7.4V and 4V–8.4V respectively), while the FT8346M utilizes a responsive coreless motor (4V–8.4V range). Delivering immense power, the series achieves a peak stall torque of 30kg.cm for the FT830BL, and a massive 40kg.cm for both the FT8346M and FT846BL at 7.4V, paired with rapid no-load speeds ranging from 0.135sec/60° up to 0.22sec/60°. Driven by standard pulse width modulation (500–2500 µsec) via a digital comparator amplifier, the FT830BL and FT846BL provide a precise 180° running degree, whereas the FT8346M delivers an endless 360° continuous rotation. With no mechanical limit angles, a stable neutral position at 1500 µsec, counterclockwise rotation, a narrow dead band width of ≤4 µsec, and a 30CM connector wire, this series provides a robust, versatile, and high-torque motion control solution for closed-loop intelligent systems.
