The FT-7235-C001 is a high-performance 7.4V 35kg-class 180-degree digital servo equipped with advanced magnetic encoders, a reliable core motor, and a rugged aluminum case designed for superior structural rigidity and heat dissipation. Engineered for heavy-duty industrial applications, advanced robotics, and high-end RC models, it features ultra-durable steel gears with a 1/275 gear ratio, dual ball bearings, a standard 25T/5.9mm horn gear spline, and no mechanical limit angles. Operating over a wide 4-9V voltage range, this digital servo delivers a powerful peak stall torque of 34.2kg.cm and a rated torque of 11.4kg.cm at 8.4V, achieving an ultra-fast no-load speed of 0.098sec/60° (102RPM). Driven by a digital comparator system with pulse width modification (500–2500 µsec), it ensures a highly precise 180°±5° running degree with counterclockwise rotation, a dead band width of ≤4 µsec, and a stable stop position at 1500 µsec. Weighing 64.5±1g with a 30±0.5CM connector wire, it offers an incredible power-to-weight ratio and precise dynamic positioning for smart automation and demanding motion control tasks.
