The FT-5425-C001 is a high-speed, high-torque 7.4V 25kg-class digital servo powered by an efficient brushless motor and housed in a durable aluminum case for optimal heat dissipation. Engineered for demanding industrial and hobbyist projects, it features robust steel gears with a 1/258 gear ratio, dual ball bearings, and a standard 25T/5.9mm horn gear spline to ensure smooth, reliable operation. Supporting a broad operating voltage range of 4V-12V, this high-performance servo delivers a powerful peak stall torque of 28.5kg.cm and a rated torque of 9.5kg.cm at 8.4V, achieved at an ultra-fast no-load speed of 0.08sec/60°. Driven by a digital comparator amplifier using pulse width modulation (500–2500 µsec), it provides an exceptionally precise 180°±5° running degree with counterclockwise rotation, a narrow dead band width of ≤4 µsec, and no mechanical limit angles.
