The FT-450B-C001 is a heavy-duty 24V 450KG-class industrial digital servo equipped with a high-efficiency brushless motor and a rugged aluminum case for superior heat dissipation. Designed for high-load precision, it features ultra-tough steel gears with a 1/252 gear ratio, smooth ball bearings, and a robust 25T/11.8mm horn gear spline. Operating within a 16–28V range, it delivers a massive peak stall torque of 450kg.cm, a rated torque of 150kg.cm, and a sharp no-load speed of 0.285sec/60° (35RPM) at 24V. Controlled via pulse width modulation (500–2500 µsec) on a digital comparator control system, it ensures a highly accurate 180°±5° running degree with clockwise rotation, a dead band width of ≤4 µsec, and no mechanical limit angles.
