The FI-7622-C001 is a high-performance 7.4V 25kg-class 180-degree digital servo equipped with an efficient coreless motor and an aluminum middle shell case (PA+Aluminum) for improved durability and heat dissipation. Engineered for heavy-duty applications requiring precise motion control, it features robust metal gears, reliable ball bearings, a standard 25T/5.9mm horn gear spline, and tough plastic horns with no mechanical limit angles. Supporting an operating voltage range of 6V-8.4V, this high-performance digital servo delivers a peak stall torque of 25kg.cm and a rated torque of 8.5kg.cm at 7.4V, achieved at a rapid no-load speed of 0.11sec/60°. Driven by a digital comparator amplifier via pulse width modification signals (500–2500 µsec), it ensures an exceptionally precise 180° running degree with counterclockwise rotation, a dead band width of ≤4 µsec, and a stable stop position at 1500 µsec. Weighing 66.6±1g with a 30CM connector wire, it offers an outstanding balance of fast responsiveness, immense holding power, and structural rigidity for sophisticated robotics, automated equipment, and high-end RC models.
