Product Description
The RI60 KV120 frameless motor is an inner-rotor frameless motor from CubeMars' RI series. Through optimized electromagnetic design, it achieves high slot fill ratio and delivers strong power output. With no housing or end caps—only the core components (stator and rotor) included—its volume is reduced by over 30% compared to enclosed motors of similar power. This compact, embeddable design is ideal for space-constrained applications such as robotic arm joints and precision rotating platforms.
The rotor can be directly and rigidly coupled to the load (e.g., shaft or turntable), eliminating the need for intermediate transmission components like gears or belts. This avoids transmission losses and precision degradation, achieving over 95% power transmission efficiency while reducing mechanical wear and maintenance requirements.
The stator features a modular design, allowing customization of mounting dimensions and fixation methods to suit specific equipment needs. The rotor is compatible with various load shaft diameters, enabling quick integration into diverse drivetrain systems without additional adapters.
An increased rotor height by 2mm facilitates precise alignment with Hall sensors, enabling accurate position feedback and control when equipped with optional Hall sensors.
