The CubeMars AK80-9 V3.0 KV100 robotic actuator integrates a brushless DC motor, 9:1 planetary gearbox, and driver board into a compact, easy-to-install unit. This module delivers enhanced torque output and control stability while maintaining high responsiveness. It supports multi-loop control (position, speed, torque, and MIT hybrid mode), features plug-in connectors and automatic PID parameter identification, and includes built-in protection against overcurrent, overvoltage/undervoltage, and overheating, ensuring reliability and safety in complex environments.

The upper computer supports one-click intelligent parameter identification and seamless switching between servo and MIT modes, significantly simplifying the commissioning process. Combined with real-time status monitoring, it ensures precise control and stable communication in complex applications. Ideal for collaborative robotic arms(cobot) and robot limb joints, this actuator also supports customization, providing an efficient and reliable power solution for portable intelligent automation and research fields.
