The CubeMars AK60-39 V3.0 KV80 robotic actuator integrates a brushless DC motor, two-stage planetary gearbox, and driver into a compact unit, ensuring easy installation. With a gear ratio of 39:1 across two stages, it delivers high torque output while maintaining rapid response times. This module supports multi-loop control (speed, torque, position, MIT hybrid mode) and features a dual magnetic encoder feedback system. It also includes integrated protections against overcurrent, overvoltage/undervoltage, and overheating to ensure reliability and safety in harsh environments. The innovative dual encoder setup simplifies structure for easier installation, ensures stable position detection, and retains absolute position after powering off. Intergrated driver board can automatically adapt its PID parameters, eliminating the need for manual tuning. Ideal for powering collaborative robots, medical devices, and more.
