The CubeMars AK60-39 V3.0 KV80 robotic actuator integrates a brushless DC motor, two-stage 39:1 planetary gearbox, and driver into a compact unit. It delivers high torque output while maintaining rapid response times, supports multi-loop control (speed, torque, position, MIT hybrid mode), and features a dual magnetic encoder feedback system. Integrated protections against overcurrent, overvoltage/undervoltage, and overheating ensure reliability in harsh environments. The dual encoder setup simplifies structure, ensures stable position detection, and retains absolute position after powering off. The integrated driver board automatically adapts PID parameters, eliminating the need for manual tuning.
